Greetings Everyone,
The Guild Launch offices will be closed Wedneday the 26th, Thurday the 27th and Friday the 28th for the Thanksgiving holiday. I will be checking tickets and these forums periodically during this time and responding to any issues that need immediate attention. Our response times to feature requests or feature usage questions may be delayed a bit during this time, but if you are in immediate need of attention we'll have you covered.
In addition, Mike is taking a Vacation from Monday November the 24th through Monday December 8th to go to China. Please join us in wishing him a wonderful trip and we might be able to convince him to post some pictures of The Great Wall when he gets back. During this time Jun, Vicki and I will be covering support tickets and since Mike will be staying with a friend who works during our night he'll actually being checking in on tickets in the overnight. So, even though Mike is in China we'll actually have some extra overnight support.
Happy Thanksgiving to all of you from the Guild Launch family! Enjoy your time with your family (playing video games, raiding, and leveling characters, cough)!

Greetings Everyone,
Recently people have been encountering an error when profiling Rune Forging on a Death Knight and when profiling Leatherworking with an Emboss Skill.
We've solved and released a fix for the Death Knight issue and will have a fix for the Leatherworking issue as soon as we get some more info.

If you are not using a DK then this update isn't mandatory.
We are still working on a fix for the Leatherworking embossing. We know the solution, but we need some more information from a few users. We should be able to release a fix for it later today. If you are encountering an error when profiling your Leatherworker please send your GuildLaunchProfiler.lua file from your WTF directory to
support@guildlaunch.com.

Greetings Everyone,
We've made a small update to the Character Profile quests page for WoW Characters. This update adds a search of the guild's members and will tell you who is on the same quest that you are. This data is gathered by the Guild Launch Profiler, so if your guild keeps their profiles up to date you can see who you might be able to group up with for a quest.

Greetings Everyone,
I've just released Version 5.1i. This is a small release that contains:
* We've added the Warden and Rune-Keeper icons for LoTRO.
* Additions to the crafter listing for WoW so that non-english crafting data will show.
* An additional "Blue Fade" template that is available in the "Dark Template" section of the Template Gallery. This template is based on an EQII template that we did, but we changed it to not be game specific.
* We've made a small change to the automated "You've been kicked from a guild" message to notify the user that it is an automated message. Some admins have expressed concern that their members are a bit put off by receiving a personal message about being kicked. This should make it clear that it's just informational and not sent out of spite by the admin.
